Hacking WiiFlow - an open source GUI USB-Loader

I don't either. My SD seems finicky and was giving me problems loading boxcovers, etc. I minimized the problems by updating the paths for all boxcovers, etc. to load from the USB.

Hacking WiiFlow - an open source GUI USB-Loader

I may have spoken too soon. I just loaded up Wave Race: Blue Storm and noticed there was no music. Turns out I had an old version of Nintendont on my SD card (the latest version was on my HDD, which I had been loading when Wiiflow was booting from my HDD). I loaded the latest version of...

Hacking WiiFlow - an open source GUI USB-Loader

AbdallahTerro, is there a way to have the "USB HID Controller" set to "Off" by default? I'm currently having to set it manually for each game. Thanks!

Hacking WiiFlow - an open source GUI USB-Loader

So, I had been running Wiiflow straight off my HDD, which is why the SD write wasn't working. To get the SD log to work, I ran Wiiflow off the SD. When I did this though, the GameCube games stopped crashing. So, there isn't any log to show—but on the upside it isn't crashing anymore...

Hacking WiiFlow - an open source GUI USB-Loader

Sure thing. I just did this, but I can't seem to find the log. In what directory does it create the log file? The log didn't write. I'm going to try again.

Yeah, clean install didn't work for me either. :( Also using a Wii with a GameCube controller (WaveBird).

Hacking WiiFlow - an open source GUI USB-Loader

Thanks, AbdallahTerro! I just updated, and for some reason I'm getting the "Exception (DSI) occurred!" code dump every time I try to launch a GameCube game. I have the latest build of Nintendont (which is why I was grabbing your mod, so that autoboot would work again). Wii games are...

Hacking WiiFlow - an open source GUI USB-Loader

I'm now using Wiiflow 1075 and Nintendont v127, but it's still not autobooting. Do I need to do anything else? Thanks for the help! Edit 1: I have Nintendont set as the DML loader. Edit 2: FIXED // Didn't realize my channel forwarder was loading Wiiflow off SD. I had the app installed on...

Is this still the best way to have wiiflow autoboot nintendont games with mc emulation on?

    Hacking Nintendont

PAL games will look weird or not work at all if you don't force NTSC on US Wii.

    Hacking Nintendont

Is there a way to change the default Nintendont settings so that Memory Card Emulations + Force NTSC are flagged "yes"? I'm currently going into settings every time I launch it. (Maybe this is something I can do from Wiiflow? Right now every time I boot a GCN game in Wiiflow, it loads the...

    Hacking Nintendont

Ah, posted prematurely—I dove through the history of this mega thread and found the answer: I had to use the Wavebird to select Nintendont from the Homebrew Channel, then use the Wavebird to select the game. Nintendont then was able to recognize the controller in-game.

    Hacking Nintendont

Does anyone know why Nintendon't wouldn't be registering input from my Wavebird? It is plugged into the player 1 port, and the green light is lighting up on the receiver when I press any button, but every game I've tried using Nintendont ignores the input. Thanks for any insight you can give...
