    The first one I tried was 64GB, reformatted it multiple times. It works in OFW, but not Hekate. I'm using a Samsung Evo Plus Micro SD.

    Sorry, I forgot to mention. In OFW it displays the SD card though and can read from it. It is only with Hekate and other CFW it doesn't read the SD card.

    I tried to use a micro-sd, but Hekate can't read it. I tried different payloads of Hekate. I tried to boot Atmosphere with fusee-primary.bin. I think that is what caused the problem. How could I fix this?

    N-card is not working, I'll try to update it and try again. I don't see why you would use the N-card anyway on the 3DS. As you need a DS (Lite) to put games on it. And if you have a DS (Lite) you could just use it with the DS (Lite).

    Just tested my N-card, which has as far as I know 1.45. It says that it needs U disk 1.45. I'll try reflashing the firmware.

    I think you used Pikachu Forme Modifier 5.It semi bricks saves.Because I applied it twice and it bricked my save.
