    It looks swollen to me. I find iFixit is a good place to get quality replacement parts. Could probably find something of similar quality for less on AliExpress, but with current US policies I wouldn't buy anything from there unless it's marked either Choice or Ship from US.

    The fix is to switch to a different network. Ad-Shield is known for doing exactly this, chances are they will not relent.
