Homebrew NeoGamma Green Screen (Thinking of starting over)

Hi guys, this site helped me a lot way back when. However, I'm hitting a particular problem now when it comes to running GCN games on my Wii. For some reason, they just don't work now. I use NeoGamma, and it seems to be able to ID the game on the burned disc (which I burned either at...

Homebrew Running gamecube multiISO discs. Some issues I'm having.

I think the first try was just a bad burn. Dobutsu no Mori's now working pretty perfectly so far. I just need to learn the language now. Thanks for all your help. Also, for neogamma and usbloader gx, are there ways to launch them from the initial wii menu without going through the homebrew...

Homebrew Running gamecube multiISO discs. Some issues I'm having.

Hm...shouldn't there be some sort of program that will prevent this? I would really like to get a japanese animal crossing game going.

Homebrew Running gamecube multiISO discs. Some issues I'm having.

Ok, I've worked out the kinks. I even got that japanese game to work. However, I don't know the language, and can't tell if the game is telling me there's no memory card or not. I only have US memory cards for the wii. Will that be ok for a japanese game?

Thanks for the advice. Will this keep the multiIso from crashing if only one of the games doesn't work?

I see. So if one of the games does not work, then it can't run the multiISO?

    Hacking Multi-ISO Gamecube running Help

I have recently succeeded in running a backup of a copy of Super Mario Sunshine on my softmodded Wii. I'm using NeoGamma and GC Backup launcher. I also have been attempting to write to and run a multi ISO DVD-R backup of multiple games. However, every time I've tried, the program simply...

Homebrew Running gamecube multiISO discs. Some issues I'm having.

Hi. I decided to give up on playing gamecube games off a usb drive. I decided to download and install neogamma (the latest version as of now). The program has yet to be tested with an iso yet as I have none. I have payed 15$ for around 50 DVD-Rs off newegg...

Homebrew Help with running Gamecube ISOs

Yeah.. I was thinking of uninstalling a lot of what I've done so far. To be honest, I've been very reckless with it. I'll look up a tutorial for the modern version (this is probably what has been the issue so far).

So you're saying that http://wiki.gbatemp.net/wiki/DIOS_MIOS_Compatibility_List#S that list specifies the minimal version that you need for each game to work? See, I was following instructions from old tutorials (thinking that they'd all work the same). I'll give it a shot when I can.

Homebrew Help with running Gamecube ISOs

Hm...just looked at the compatibility list of DIOS MIOS. Is it possible I was simply not using the right version for the games? I was trying to play Mario Sunshine...and I'm not sure if I was using the right version (2.3). Shouldn't the latest versions of the software be able to play more games...

Homebrew Help with running Gamecube ISOs

Alright....tried DM lite, and it sort of worked. I got Super Mario Sunshine to work, but it was in black and white and it took WAY too long to load off of my SD card. I think the color issue was due to me picking the wrong video format or something in the settings. So this means that the...

Homebrew Help with running Gamecube ISOs

Hm...I think I'll try DM lite then. I've been trying with DM version 2.8. My hard drive is nowhere near 2TB....and I have an SD card at the ready, so DM Lite will probably be easiest. Also...quick question. I've been successfully playing a EU copy of Animal Crossing on my softmodded US Wii...

Homebrew Help with running Gamecube ISOs

Can a drive be too big? So I'll simply have to run my discs through wiiflow or something like that? (once the damn things works and stops just giving me a dead screen). Is running the games off of writable dvds any easier? I'm sick of this will it won't it experimenting I've been doing.

Ok....now the physical discs I own don't work. This leads me to believe that it is Dios Mios that has the problem.

Ok, I've installed Wii Flow as well...and it doesn't work there either. Same thing. black screen when I try to load my games. The games appear on both CFG USB loader, and Wii Flow, and it seems like it works until you actually want to load the game.
