    I have the same patches enabled, using this on Citron, very very few framedrops (50-55fps) but definitely nothing like what you experienced.

    Can confirm, using 9800x3d, 5080. Ryubing, smooth as a baby in the world map, stutter town in the main city. Citron didn't have any issues.

    Try Citron, it runs better for me than Ryubing. Game stuttered when I was jumping around in town, Citron was perfect.

    By frame time, do you mean stuttering and fps dropping? Edit: Oh yeah, Citron is definitely running better for me vs RyuBing. Was stuttering like crazy when jumping around in town, not so much with Citron.
