Given you have a Pi Pico, you'll want to rebuild the firmware for the Wii U for a higher version using Stroopwafel and wafel_setup_mlc, and then you can install that firmware through minute menu, hopefully...

    OLED Screen mod on 3DS ??

    Nintendo never made OLED screens for the 3DS, so there's no way to install OLED screens on a 3DS. The 3DS's screens are proprietary, and thus no real ability to create new kinds of screens. Your best bet is finding IPS panels depending on the model of 3DS/2DS you have.

    If the Pico isn't working for your retail unit either, I'd start troubleshooting there. Try reflashing the Pico, or see if you can get another one. I've had a Pico or two die just sitting on the shelf, so I'm unsure how common that is.
