I really don't think it's problem with the router or cable or anything like that. The lights on the router and the wired adapter clearly indicate that there is activity between the two when attempting to test the connection. Plus there's absolutely nothing else I own that has even hints at...- N.Lowlight

Don't know if this means anything, but under Wii System Information it says "failed to get Parently PIN -24578" Also says System Menu v4.2U on ISO 70- N.Lowlight

Says it's a US wii. So I guess that shouldn't be the problem (I believe?). And yeah I've had this online before, though since modding it haven't been online very often other than to download game box art. Issue is with the connection test, and since it also gives issues with a wired connection I'm fairly certain it's not the router's encryption giving the issue. And it's entirely possible I've accidentally region changed it in the past when I was being reckless, how would I go about changing...- N.Lowlight

So, I'm trying to do the data transfer between the Wii and the Wii U, since back before I modded my console I did buy quite a few games that I'd like to take with me.
