    I just bought a 3ds xl which is on 11.0 I didn't configure the wifi setting to my internet router and the wifi switch is turned off on the 3DS.. Should I configure the setting and turn the wifi switch on before I start the whole process?

    I made a mistake while writing the thread. The 3ds is on firmware 11.0 and there is Homebrew launcher only installed on it.
