    I went to get Cosmog after beating the elite 4, AND doing the UB quest however the cutscene never activates for me. Any ideas? I did it on Pokemon Sun during night time (not sure if time is a factor)

    After you beat the elite 4, you should have gotten a note that tells you what to do. Check your items in your bag~
