I only have a 32mb MS Pro DUo at the moment. Any reason why it should cause a problem? Should I wait and buy a larger stickl before installing the CFW?
Thanks
Great! Thank you. After I have my moduke/motherboard details. are there any PSP 300's hardware configurations that are unstable/non compatible with certain CFW's?
Looks like I'm planning to use PRO-B8 if possible as it seems to have good emulator and PSX support.
Cheers
Hi,
I'm waiting for my preowned PSP to arrive and I want to put CFW on it. It's my understanding that if the module is above 06g it cannot be downgraded and you need to use 6.39 PRO B8 or the LIGHT ME temporary firmware on it? Is that correct?
How do I check the module number/motherboard? are...
So it could be shipped with 6.00 firmware but still be over 07g?
I thought you could use the permanenet 6.20 CFW on ANY PSP that has 6.20 firmware on it? Or would trying to put 6.20 CFW on a 07g+ PSP (running 6.20 ofw) result in as brick?
No worries, Just wondered as I'd rather the permanent...
Thanks for that. I was under the impression than a slightly older PSP bundle (like the fifa 2010) might come with 6.20 as stock OFW meaning I could permanently keep CFW on it?
Hi,
I'm looking to buy a fifa 2010 PSP 3000 bundle but I want to know what firmware they are shipped with before I buy this over one that's easier to run homebrew on..
Any help would be appreciated.
Cheers
I had a girlfriend who had a twin sister and they would mess with me constantly.... Until one chipped a tooth then finally I could tell them apart.... Lol
@The Real Jdbye, I could see AMD trying to pull off the CPU GPU tandem thing, would be a way to maybe close the gap a bit with Nvidia. Plus it would kinda put Nvidia at a future disadvantage since Nvidia can't make X86/64 CPUs? Intel and AMD licensing issues... I wonder how much that has held back innovation.
@Psionic Roshambo AI assisted game creation is kinda already here, there was recently that AI that can turn any 2D image into a fully modeled 3D object, it's not perfect, but it's a starting point, beats starting from zero
but most recently, there was one that actually generates a working unity scene with terrain and textures already set up that you can import right into unity, that's a huge time saver right there
