    No it does not. It means only that bytes that sys-patch wants to modify already modified by some other way. If ips patch changes some other bytes than sys-patch it will never found out that.

    with kip patching removed from atmosphere all ips kip patches are useless now. they are never applied. only patches.ini and exefs now applied.

    Are you sure? I found patch place using the same signature I used previously and the function looks like totally the same as before. 1711618769 But I am not using sys-patch, but ghidra to find patch places.
