    Hacking Bricked R4i3d (2012) possible to unbrick?

    Unless using the correct update or using a different memory card or DS altogether works then I do not think there is much you can do.. Best thing to do if to simply get another card from ShopTemp, they are quite cheap and make sure that your friend uses the correct update next time! Good luck.
