    ^^^ I'm sad to hear that. Aren't DVD subtitles are bitmaps too? AFAIK Wii can play DVD movies.

    well... I justed tested every available player in the Homebrew Browser and non played the subs. Strangely, it appears that no one wrote a player which can show these subs, as it solve quite easily encoding and code-page problems

    I've owned both iPhone and Androids over the years. Both are just as good, other than Apples higher price. I'm currently on Android, Samsung S21 I think, and very happy with it.
