    I dont believe so. I think BootMii only backs up to sdcard. Use a 2gig sd card with about 550meg free space on it and back up onto that and then use a pc to copy your nand.bin and keys.bin files to the pendrive or better still backup the copy of the nand onto cd-rom or dvd-rom and keep it safe...
