Wii #1615 - A Boy and His Blob (USA)
I'm on an NTSC Wii running 4.0U and I had the same problem. 002 fix has to be on and also IOS has to be set to 222. No other changes were necessary.- SlimJimGuyMan

Or, I also heard that if you use flash memory, it can act as more "RAM" at least windows tell me when I stick a flash drive into it. -
