    You install the retroarch cia and it installs them from the cores folder automatically as you use them or you can install them manually from there

    That's just a generic error message that doesn't really mean anything. Do you have the bios in the right spot and have you tested the rom on another retroarch device?

    Some people don't want Nintendo seeing them using unauthorized programs. Using Rosalina it doesn't show up in activity log. I personally just use cias but I understand the paranoia.

    Latest nightlys cia folder only has retroarch.cia and freeintv from the 8th overwrites the retroarch.cia when installed.

    Most cores are for new 3ds. GB, nes, and genesis run the best. Bubble2k made an SNES emulator that runs better but that's about it.

    You still need the Dstwo for DS games but emulator wise RetroArch is better. When it doesn't crash.

    You have to open another core before retroarch.cia will work. It only opens the last used core but if you haven't opened one it doesn't know what to open.

    It's a false positive like he said due to how he has to upload it and the folder structure. If it is changed the emulator won't work.

    Open decrypt9 and dump your tickets. Then go into fbi browse to the files9 folder and open the menu to install the dumped tickets. Fixed for me anyways.

    You might also have a bad SD card. My 128gb card only holds about 12gb before giving me errors. Try a different card.
