Hacking Shop Channel Region
From what I hear around the net, most out-of-region users with softmods... Even after all of the work with ARC and cIOS 55 w/SoftChip (or 222/223 36 merged with 37 for USBLoader GX), and buying the 3 month membership from the Japanese Shop Channel... It's not the movies or games downloads that I would worry about, like breaking into networks, downloading encrypted things, spying on network traffic. I have seen so many "Top Secret" seals on files when I was a kid
