    No, the highest FW an EU-Rom is coming with is Cooking Mama: Bon Appetit, it has FW 9.2. But there is no need to update to a higher FW atm, cause with both 9.2 and 9.5 you can't access the e-shop, so it doesn't matter if you have 9.2 or 9.5

    Yes, it would be possible. Just hold the "up-key" on the d-pad while entering the gw-mode (you don't need to enter gw menu first). After doing that you are able to update the emunand using a rom.

    Yes, dumping works, but injecting not. After installing the browser, my browser version is 1.7567, don't know if it's a good version or not. Edit: Looked at this page and it says, that I have an exploitable version right now. http://wiki.gbatemp.net/wiki/Spider_exploit

    I can confirm that you can install an exploitable browser to your newest emunand with that guide, but Ram dumping/Ram injecting is still not working, same green screen when trying to inject the modified ram back to the game (Animal Crossing in my case).
