    Hacking I got a PSP with 3.40-OE, is it safe to update from it?

    I (well, a friend) got a PSP phat with this really old cfw and I want to put in it Pro CFW, but I'm having doubts if it's safe to update from it to a official 6.xx firmware directly, I don't want to risk bricking it as I've never used this firmware.
