    The second link is definitely fake. The cartridges have a shiny sticker in the front, and ebay has tons of fakes with the plain bland sticker which shows its pretty much bootlegged.

    You cant go back a few pages? You're supposed to gain EXP from the get go. The very first battles you have give you exp for both battles you have. Theres no "tutorial not giving exp". If you arent getting exp, your game needs to be patched, so wait patiently for it.
