Hacking GATEWAY 3.2.1 ULTRA PUBLIC BETA

As other people here told you, you can install CIAs on SysNAND by booting into GateWay mode while pressing X (GateWay 3.2.1 only) and using BigBlueMenu.3ds on your GateWay red card to install DevMenu_2x.cia on your SysNAND, and then you can install mset_reg.cia using the DevMenu you just...

Hacking GATEWAY 3.2.1 ULTRA PUBLIC BETA

I installed DevMenu_2x.cia on SysNAND from BigBlueMenu.3ds, and then was able to install mset_eur.cia and bluecardfix.cia. Thank you.

Hacking GATEWAY 3.2.1 ULTRA PUBLIC BETA

New 3DS 9.0E. I never installed anything on my SysNAND. I get the "Game card removed. Press Home." message every time I execute DevMenu from the GateWay red card, whether it is on SysNAND or EmuNAND.

Hacking GATEWAY 3.2.1 ULTRA PUBLIC BETA

I got the same problem with every DevMenu.3ds I've tried. Tells me the game card has been removed.

Hacking Update emunand to something below 9.6?

I just used this to update my emuNAND from 9.2.0-20E to 9.5.0-23/EUR. After I left BigBlueMenu and checked system settings, it showed 9.5.0-23E. But since then, booting Gateway mode gives me a black screen before going back to sysNAND.

Hacking Anyway to update emunand without using System Update?

Don't you need the game to be from the same region as your system?

Hacking Preventing system updates on N3DS (current FW is 9.0.0)

That's also what I am suspecting. Nintendo probably stored this setting the same way it was on O3DS.

Hacking Preventing system updates on N3DS (current FW is 9.0.0)

I believe I have unlinked sysNAND and emuNAND (removed SD card and then formatted sysNAND) which is why (I think) I can have different connections set up on each NAND. But maybe I'm wrong and my NAND are still linked. I'd like to have confirmation than unlinking NANDs allows or not each NAND to...

Hacking Preventing system updates on N3DS (current FW is 9.0.0)

My sysNAND and emuNAND have different internet connection settings (no connection on sysNAND, working connection on emuNAND) but whenever I turn WiFi ON or OFF from a NAND, it also (dis)activates it on the other. Isn't there any way to have a different WiFi activation setting for each NAND...

Hacking List of all Gateway questions (9.2.0-20)

He said his problem came from his 128GB SD card because it was too big. He formatted a 90GB partition and then it worked. This kind of error message is sometimes related to SD card, so I would suggest formatting your SD card with SD Formatter (with FORMAT SIZE ADJUSTMENT set to ON).

    So inconsistently that I got a R4i Gold 3DS labelled as a R4i SDHC 3DS RTS.

Hacking Do you think Gateway has jumped ship?

Rumour has it they all died in a train accident somewhere in Soonistan.

Gateway will release their update once there are no more NN3DS with a 9.2 or previous firmware on sale.

Last page: "1. While in the Gateway Menu, you can hold Down on the Directional Pad and Press B to do a quick shutdown." Edit: oh sorry, you meant which web page. Here it is.

Isn't it the quick shutdown documented in the recently updated user guide?

Gateway has finished working on the new release weeks ago. They'll release it once they're done answering all those inquisitive customers' e-mails.

The announcement will stipulate that they'll release something soon™.
