Homebrew NDS Dos Emulator maybe?

Gaming GTA Chinatown Wars Multiplayer
Hey folks. Anyone know a reason why my friend and I wouldnt be able to get a game running? Every time we try to start one it counts down to 1 or GO and freezes. Or, I also heard that if you use flash memory, it can act as more "RAM" at least windows tell me when I stick a flash drive into it. -
