    Help formatting DVD RW?

    i need help formatting a memorex DVD RW (i dont know whether its + or -) but it wont let me cause its encrypted or something. it wont let me format it manually through windows explorer, nor can DVD decrypter handle it. help me out guys, the music on it sucks.

    For those with R4DS: Format your micro USB to FAT32 (be sure to backup files first) This will make it MUCH MORE stable. When I was just at FAT it froze after Chikorita was level 7.. >.> It's going strong on FAT32, just go to My Computer and then right click the device and format FAT32
