    i do believe enabling homebrew will take longer.. with ftp access u can add the install pkg menu to your xmb also you can install rap file that way.

    no, it doesn't mean that. It just says that all the problems related to the 7.0 new crypto engine should be fixed soon. (setting menu crashing on 7.2, eshop not working, youtube not working... some games updated are not booting too)

    you can retrieve private key with heartbleed, that mean we can sign data and then send it to 3ds. And you can repeat it the amount of time you want (so no 64kb limit)
