ok as utorrent can utililize 100% of my bandwith it cant rly be slow as fuck... ur configuration is either fucked up or u having too much paralell downloads or ur router sucks and cant handle that much connections or ur upload is set to high (yes it can negatively affect ur download rate) go...- Gluupor
