    Hacking Rhapsodii Shima 5.4

Don't worry. Wiistation is progressing day by day, but there's always a few games that are not perfect, based on what is reported on that thread. I usually update whenever there's a fix for a particular game I want to play, but most of the time the fixes are for games I have no interest for...

    Hacking Rhapsodii Shima 5.4

Hey popkorn, I believe you talk about the version in Saulfabreg 's thread. In that case it's the lightrec version. I don't play with it from quite some time, so I don't remember exactly which cfg files you should delete, I'm sorry. Since you have backups I would tell you to delete them all...

    Hacking Rhapsodii Shima 5.4

No difference in folders paths. No need to resize covers as far as I can tell. Let me know how it shows up, I have no CRT and I'm curious expecially about overscan. Post a shot if you can

Hacking The Great Quest for Wiiflow Plugins™ - A call for adventurers!

No, plugins include the actual .dol files too. The "Launcher" part is made of some .ini files. Technically all the homebrew emulators can be used as WF plugins, but they must be configured, or in some case even modded, to auto-launch the games within WF, instead of using their own file browser.

Hacking The Great Quest for Wiiflow Plugins™ - A call for adventurers!

This simply aims to be a collection of every wiiflow plugin available, tested and working. No added features compared to the actual emulators.

    Wiiflow issues :(

Did you check in wiiflow settings if plugins partition is set to USB?

    Hacking Rhapsodii Shima 5.4

I really have no clue. Maybe it's worth posting this issue in the Wiiflow thread. With 5.5.4 I cannot reproduce this issue. did you already try to look in GC settings, partition settings, or reloading cache?

    Hacking Rhapsodii Shima 5.4

@robbie_ocean and anyone interested: Here I attach the template for the wheel buttons. It's made with Gimp, I don't know if you can open it with other programs too. (btw RS was entirely made with open source software) A few words of warning: Rhapsodii Shima is almost as big as it can be...

    Hacking Rhapsodii Shima 5.4

@robbie_ocean yes, in the latest WF version I notice that sort is not working like before. I'll try to search among my source files and will post later the button templates. You need the one with the rounded corners, right? @Powerful when you use a theme, wiiflow will use the source menu...

    Wiiflow issues :(

Did you check if the files extension of your roms is present in your plugin .ini files?

Hacking WiiFlow 4 The Masterpiece Pack by Abz

Yes, I remember that post. I strongly believe that it's a case of 'false positive', the plugins pack has been downloaded and used by a lot of people since its release, I think if it contained a virus, we should have received hundreds of reports or experienced some issues for ourselves. I can say...

Hacking WiiFlow 4 The Masterpiece Pack by Abz

You only need the Plugins Pack https://gbatemp.net/threads/the-great-quest-for-wiiflow-plugins-tm-a-call-for-adventurers.563575/post-9031610 The Abz's Master pack was a milestone in history but now it's tremendously outdated, so it's not possible that you will find better plugins in there, on...

Tutorial Retroarch Wiiflow Plugins: independent cores and pixel perfect scanlines

I cannot reproduce the issue, sorry. After I use gambatte nothing is written in retroarch.cfg. For the snes I use Hexaeco's snes9x_next from this pack, because all the RA versions I've tried are either buggy or don't work with scanlines. Some things to try: - Try another game rom - Check if...

    Hacking Rhapsodii Shima 5.4

Seems like your coverflows have been all messed up. At this point the quickest thing to do would be reinstalling the whole theme, or at least the coverflows (wiiflow/themes_lite/coverflows/Rhapsodii Shima.ini) and platform.ini.

Tutorial Retroarch Wiiflow Plugins: independent cores and pixel perfect scanlines

Hmm it's strange. I don't know if gambatte is really responsible . I've changed all 'retroarch.cfg' instances in the .dol file and in fact it doesn't alter the file after I use gambatte (which I use quite often actually) The screen is all red, or you can still see the game? In the first case...

Did you update the dol file name in the .ini file?

    Hacking Rhapsodii Shima 5.4

Hi and welcome to the Gbatemp forums. Do you just want to rotate them, or are you trying to use the standard format for the vertical set?. In the 1st case you can do as @mcfry666 suggested. In the 2nd case you can just edit platform.ini and change: N64=snescart_box to N64=_coverflow I will add...

Tutorial Retroarch Wiiflow Plugins: independent cores and pixel perfect scanlines

Mame 2003+ was too heavy for the Wii, so it was splitted in multiple cores, each one focusing on a few selected drivers. Used together these cores grant an incredible compatibility, you just need to use the correct romset. Then you have to put your roms in separate folders, to be used with the...

Tutorial Retroarch Wiiflow Plugins: independent cores and pixel perfect scanlines

I personally don't use them but I know there are people who still use them for some specific games. Your choice

Tutorial Retroarch Wiiflow Plugins: independent cores and pixel perfect scanlines

Yes, it's normal. In my example there are the settings I used for gambatte. Other cores may come from different RA versions so it's possible there are some slight differences. In your case however the settings you mentioned are correctly configured. You are right. I don't know why, but even if...
