The only way to do so would be to modify the actual ISO. Texture injection, I believe, would be too intensive on the PSP.
Of course, any sort of "HD Texture" or similar wouldn't work on the actual PSP hardware as it'd be too much for it to handle.
Sorry bro, it's their choice. Why release something half done when you can release the full thing even if it takes longer? When working on the Overworld translation a lot of people asked for a menu patch, but we knew if we did that no one would download the final release. So instead we just held...
There is no set best. It various from PC to PC and system to system. Unfortunately your best optoins are to poke around with the settings until you find a happy medium of FPS and quality.
My first recommendation is start with render size. Start at native PSP 1x and move up from there until you...
1) Entire patch most likely. Smaller patches would be rather obnoxious to do as they'd be a differential between a specific version and the new one. It's easier just to go entirely from the start.
2) MEGA should allow for download to be paused and resumed. I'll see if I can upload to Nyaa or...
Can you give any further details? What is the "Version Number" on your PPSSPP? Are you using any cheats? The ISO patched without error, correct? Do you still get the same error using new patched version saves?
It appears they can't even get into the game. However, if you do have old save data I would recommend removing it.
Unfortunately Danikk is out for the weekend, it's good we've been able to confirm which CFW has the issue however.
Hrm... the PSP is running 6.60-Pro? Odd... are you running any other plug-ins? Do you have pre-existing save information? When ISOs don't appear correctly in the menu it's usually a sign of old FW. I would try to re-install your CFW as a precaution.
As far as the Vita, if you can put 6.60 Pro...
The recommendation I've heard thus far is to update to the newest CFW. 6.60 PRO is confirmed as working for it. I would suggest seeing if you can update your internal CFW as well as updating the PSP. The game not showing up def sounds like a CFW issue.
No promises on that, however there isn't a whole lot left to do, but there IS a lot of QA to go over. So there will most likely be at least a month of testing and fixes.
If other games use the same system it should theoretically work, but I can't think of any titles that would use such a system. I've never seen it outside of G Gen.
