    i do 6 miles 4 or 5 times a week & i listen to audio books & sometimes some dance music (Orbital, Global Underground) i only started running in the middle of september but i done a 10 mile race in november i want to do half a marathon next im also over weight by 2 stone

    Gaming i cant believe i actualy updated my psp 3001

    i figured out my error code i didnt have a UMD in the drive so now its working fine on 5.03 (everytime i download Prometheus-4 when i load it it still says Prometheus-3 i must have downloaded it from 6 different places)
