I use the XhD hex-editor, but i think it doesn't really matter which you take. The data.bin file is inside the Deoxys Distribution Rom, you can "open" the rom via Top DS. And yes, now it's possible to male a for example Darkrai Distro cart!- Bliss656

Or, I also heard that if you use flash memory, it can act as more "RAM" at least windows tell me when I stick a flash drive into it. -
