I capped my torrent 10 k less up than it was at, once i did that the lag disappeared. my internet connection is like 80KB up 550 KB down, capped it at 50 instead of 60!- Inexorable

Or, I also heard that if you use flash memory, it can act as more "RAM" at least windows tell me when I stick a flash drive into it. -
