    Personally I would just get a Pandora: wifi, bluetooth, 800x480 screen, 600MHz Cortex-A8 processor, 128MB RAM, and Dual SD Slots I think it should be more powerful in emulation then the Wiz- there's already a working fullspeed PSX emulator. And it has dual analog sticks
