I haven't had a chance to play it yet but from what I've read they screwed up a number of elements in the game (some of which only diehard fans would care about, while others are rather glaring faults)
Are you getting "some errors occured" messages when you try to download covers via Coverfloader? Wonder if it has anything to do with the tying of user credentials to IP address?
Yep--including keeping 3rd party wireless nunchuk receivers from fitting without modification (Dremel).
They thought about pretty much everything alright!
Still doesn't seem right...WD 1TB external attached. Using CoverFloader sometimes it'll just go dead after game selection (access lights on the drive alternate, but otherwise nothing). Hard reset the Wii and go back to the loader and same game again and it'll usually work, but I don't think it...
In case you can't figure it out, the USB ports are numbered 1 -- 0 when youre looking at it from the back (USB drive goes in the right side port). American Idol recognizes the microphone so that issue with the USB deivces may be fixed.
From what Ive experienced, I think it does leave the uncompleted fragments that you cant do much of anything with. I noticed that when I cloned one external drive to a larger one and it failed midstream (less free space on the recipient drive than the donor drive)
Will the fact that rev9 is installed just affect the backup channel and not the disc channel? Retail version of Boogie run through the disc channel will work with the microphone but the three others I tried (all through the backup channel) work but have no recognition of the microphone.
I'd like to know the same thing...both American Idols as well as Boogie Superstar don't work correctly (none can find the microphone even though it's plugged in)
