I had a male cat with similar issues (constant urinary tract infections, I forget what they called it medically), but ultimately surgery was the route for him as well.     I wouldn't up and quit the old job, but give proper 2 weeks notice. That way no bridges are burned. So worse case scenario, if you find down the road that you need work again (you're unemployed or need to switch jobs) you can always go back. They already know you and would welcome you back...

    i used to go out to the recycling center every couple weeks and look at the crts and other electronics people would drop off. Usually screens were broken or severely scratched from being tossed around. Did find a good one here and there, but never anything like a 1080i widescreen crt.

    Is it piracy if it was released for free? Not in my opinion, but I also think it's not piracy if buying it isn't owning it, and it's not piracy if you can't buy it from the original creators anymore.
