After maliciously completing all of the moddmii instructions I now have a updated system version, homebrew channel and some updated cios. Many years ago, I modded my Wii. When I did the mod the Wii was on version 3.4U. As best as I can recall, I used hack mii to install boot mii, and then installed the home brew channel.
