When you open it while playing a game, for example, to post shit about said game. It scans your 3ds to see what you're playing, what you're BEEN playing, and a lot more. then it connects you to the miiverse of the game you are playing, so you can post your shit in the appropriate location.- Romes

First post! Question for everyone that got banned: Did you access the Miiverse at any point while having a hacked 3ds? So far it seems that the Miiverse scans the 3ds in some way. I have never even opened that thing on my hacked n3dsxl. my gf has one too, hacked and everything. She is banned...- Romes
