    I tried tikshop; but I guess it doesn't have all tickets. I couldn't redownload the game (IronFall) which is not a very popular title; so that may have been the issue. I ended up using the freeShop instead and that worked fine. Thanks again!

    I dumped my tickets, backed them up to my PC, removed all those that didn't start with "00", proceeded with the downgrade to 2.1, then reapplied the tickets using fbi. Not sure if I may have missed anything; but as stated before...the games I'm looking for weren't ever installed on this 3DS.

    That is an option; but I'm not too sure if it's safe to use freeShop. However I guess if I own the game it's not so bad. Thanks for the quick response.
