    fixed the problem by downloading a more recent firmware update didn't know it was a clone, at least they're still supporting it with updates and so forth. Mods, plz close this thread if you deem it useless, Cheers!

    I have an original R4 SDHC (4gb - Kingston) cartridge which used to work fine, until I turned on my DS today. The DS freezes on the screen where you select your roms (basically, I can't move the marker nor start any roms because it's frozen). I have v1.071b. The multimedia and config options...

    so you have to learn to emulate that specific hardware which isn't as easy as you'd think

    At one point PC game pads where poorly supported, loading a game had setup, it was complicated. Now it's almost as easy as a console.

    considering the steamdeck can emulate the switch (yikes) theres almost 0 reason to buy the switch apart from playing online and using cartridges
