    No the N5 doesn't brick your ds... I've had mine for at least a year and my ds is fine. There was a lot of speculation over these cards but my theory was that eather they shipped a falty batch or the situation was over exagerated.     The trick for me was to go into the settings and crank up the Wiimote sensitivity to the max and it gets twitchy but you can win that way lol
