    I'm also one of them lol. My only excuse is that Nintendo games are fun. Plus online play makes it all the better. Edit--- You don't have to have the newest top of the line parts for any gaming system as long as they make games for them and they are fun that is all that matters.

    I don't think death by accident in the Nintendo store is covered in this if you are in the US. Edit----- You can not sue them if you died. Family can easy. Edit 2------ You can sue if you get hurt no problem any place that has anything in place even a sign that says not responsible for accidents...

    Its not legal but most people would not have the ability to fight them on it. This reminds me When I had to call Microsoft back when the 360 was a thing because I lost the hard drive cover and wanted to ask if they could sell me one. They asked for my SN on the system and banned it from online...
