    Yea that was my first go to earlier, but I didn't realized I had to uncheck "hide protected operating system folders" and flash the new sd card with the zzblank img before doing so. That what made me think "guess I have to do it on vitashell" earlier.

So the obviously thing to do would be to open vitashell, press "START" and switch the select button from FTP to USB mode and then press "Select" and then done right?     Yea, I got myself confused earlier because of all that sig patches talk mentioned made me think there were some "extra" steps to take this time. I managed to get nxdumptool to work and back my copy of metroid prime remastered perfectly fine.
