Are you kidding me? Ares sure was a joke and all, but Zeus is pretty easy on any mode other than Titan
Just don't let the stupid blade of Olympus switching users confuse you and make sure to drive him into the pillars on first try and it's a joke of a boss! For reference, I've beaten the game on hard in 7 hours first time, then 2h10m on NG+, it's really easy! Titan mode is a bitch though...

n**** his melee attack is taking MORE THAN HALF my health at once. And parrying seems to work only when it wants to. Zeus is hard dickwad, especially on hard

Parrying needs to be properly timed and not all attacks can be parried, but they can mostly be dodged, so yeah... Just make sure to have things upgraded to max and don't forget to use that ability with the flames for a boost in damage to flinch him before he attacks. To be honest, the HANDS when climbing back from underworld are harder to beat in hard/very hard modes lol
