Just make sure you don't go overboard with it. The last thing you want is going into some deep debt. I don't ever plan getting a credit card in my life. Heck, I never even took out a student loan in college. Because once you've loaned, they hold you by the balls. Or where they would be if you were a guy.

Hopefully with a reputable card company, or your bank. No CreditOne or any of those with 34%APR and some large "membership fees".

Debit card doesn’t help my credit score. I got mine with Chase bank, pretty reliable. No yearly fee, decent interest.
