My dad lives in the country and so we have a satellite internet plan with a 120 GB data limit before the speed is throttled. He thought I was using up all the data (it doesn't help that he decided to get rid of cable and move solely to Netflix and Hulu), so he set up a MAC address whitelist so that only devices he specifies can get access. I've tried MAC spoofing, but it doesn't work with my phone.

Try another Mac spoofer app. One worked with my previous phone, doesn't work with my current one, but the one that didn't work on my previous phone works now.
