Not on my NA 3ds :c, my japenese 3ds can support chinese chars though

I'm too lazy to worry about languages though, as long as I can play games, boot homebrew, and anything else, there's really no point. Granted I was able to insert japenese to my na 3ds for some games, it helps that Kanji is widely shared in CN and JP, though I prefer reading standard chinese chars, TW traditional chinese is weird and annoying
