I can't open the 3ds and take the battery out but I did so with the 3dsXL...the battery is not in it.

I only have one small screwdriver to open the back. The one included with the generic chinese battery I bought...it doesn't seem to work with the screws on the back of the normal 3ds...

Oh, i see, yeah i dislike those screws too, they are always hard to open if you don't have the right tools. Which no one ever does.
