I took the risk and downgraded, just use safesysupdater and the RIGHT files and you should be good. Don't blame if something happens tho.

If you can still downgrade, then do it! I took the risk when the software was still grossly unstable and it went through perfectly, 3 times in fact!

Mine ran through perfectly the first time each time. It even ran through when the homebrew wasn't working properly.

90% of the bricks were over something stupid. Like flashing old3DS firemware to a New3DS or removing the SD card well downgrading.
