I think you should talk directly to your family about your condition, in the most honest and sincere way, and then, I suggest you a therapeutic or something, in all cases, no matter what, remember.

Without those two elements, you won't be able to do well in your Job.
At first my anxiety was high because I was leaving the convention I went to for three days. Then got to the bus station. We were delayed for about 2 and a half hours. Then I missed the people I roomed with and to top it all off, I cannot present as female at home. But I was presenting as female at the con. Most of the anxiety and stuff is still there. Got home about a hour ago.
I have tried several times in the past to let my family know what is really bothering me. Just told that it is in my head. I want to call off tomorrow so I can try to get a appointment tomorrow for anti-anxiety meds and to relax. I still feel like crying and just hide in my room and not leave.
