Well, after a long testing and diagnose night happens where no the PSU, I had to manually test each pint with my multi-meter because my PSU tester got wings.
Initially the PSU seems good, because the PSU turn on by bridging the green and black wires, but some lines had no enough juice, and after some tests the PSU died completely.
So today I got a new PSU
Was the only one below 400 USD what I could find on my city (believe me I travel all the city up and down looking for a better one) so for now this chinese knock off of a PSU should be enough, costed me 90 USD but could get some similar on Amazon for 20.
And the ones 400 USD I could find on my city where ones I could buy on amazon for 30-40 USD but I need it now and the 6 day waiting where no possible.
