Check other accounts too, if anything else got accessed it may be that you ran a session/cookie/credential hijacker malware, otherwise try to remember if you logged in with Discord on any site in the past

I should've been more specific. It started because I download something that labeled itself as the soundtrack for GIMMICK Exact Mix, and all it added was a Ren'py program that was the source of the attack. Even though I've since been took it down, the program still lingered and my discord was the first subject of terror.

I managed to secure everything almost immediately since I literally saw my discord go from normal to warzone, and done all necessary measures to ensure my account is safe. I did some extra steps and even changed the password for my Google account just in case and reinstalled Windows to remove any last minute stuff from the bot.
