Some other places Im in, they don't have this, and because of such and the absolutely lenient rules they have, it allows people to exploit such rules, and they always never seem to find the correct solution to ending it all when all there needs to have is mods that lock in, and enforce stricter rules.

In a place I'm in, someone decided to willingly put a free link to the latest Tomodachi Life, and while it was quickly taken down, the person decided to make a new thread but this time, they've actively made fun of the mod thats taking their actions down, and despite them being "banned," there were some mods that didn't do anything until the mod that got him out, got him out

Honestly I wouldn't know for sure. In this forum, the admin gave the mods access to their arsenal minus the ability to ban since there, you can't actually be banned but be put in "reader mode," where you still have access to the forum but you can't engage in any thread or even your profile posts.
